today is rainy…for the millionth day in a row.
but, it is a rare day. …VERY VERY rare.
Today is officially MY DAY OFF!!! Claire took the day off to go on Adam’s end of the year field trip to Leighton Art Centre
She drove them to school….and will bring them home….I am 100% off the hook….In preparation for my day off, I cleaned the house and did the rest of the laundry yesterday. I wanted to feel like my “to do” list was bit short. ….and as I lay here ………at 10:49am….. 
I love it
With all the change in our lives it is hard sometimes. I am taking today just to sort of rejuvenate.
I don’t have many of the phone numbers that I used to have. They were on my cell phone and I had to change phones. I wanted to make a few calls this morning and I could not. 
Send me some numbers!…
Our niece, Renee, is graduating from Trinity High School today (Claire’s sister’s oldest daughter). Hard to imagine this little girl that I met 15 years ago is on her way to college… Congrats Renee. You are an amazing person and we are so proud of you. Your sense of humor, love of children, and love of life is beautiful.

Rainy days ROCK!!! I hope you made yourself completely useless on your day off cause after all it is a day off. I have no house phone to give you and I still haven’t checked on the cell thing…

Even if you would have called me……I WAS WORKING, working and sweating my a** off in 99 degree weather with humidity and disgusting sweating children!!!! Icky I say….GROSSS - What about HHH days off forget snow days…..I wish it would have snowed today then I would believe we have a bit of GLOBAL WARMING going on —clearly this should have been a keep your child at home day but then that would bring us to July to work and we would only have more of these sticky icky days!!!! I could not wait to get home in my AC!!! I don’t generally care for AC but today I was grateful, but it is 9pm NH time and I am just getting home because I was actually out shopping for the past 5 hours for this weekends big camping trip with Girl Scouts at the beach - it better be nice! Can’t wait to hear the five day extended forecast tomorrow! Okay so anyhow enough of my complaining….lol someone has to because you apparently had nothing to complain about today -lol Hope you enjoyed your day

P.S. A little boy at school told Alyssa he wants to marry her and she told me tonight she didn’t have the heart to tell him but she is waiting and will only marry Andrew
God she still misses and loves that boy!!!
